I started watching The Walking Dead in 2014 and have been so hooked ever since. I recently took a trip down to Senoia and Atlanta GA to see the filming locations and it was absolutely surreal. The best portion of course was being able to drive in and walk around Alexandria. I do have some ideas for video essays so be on the lookout for those.

Lyrics:
It started in Hollywood
Dreamin' of sharin' love
My tongue at a loss for words
Cause my feelings just said it all
Party just started up
Dreamin' of sharin' worlds
Held this feeling for way too long
Said, "I really wanna let it go"

The Good Food team show you how to easily spatchcock a chicken - ideal for grilling or barbecuing.
Subscribe to Good Food: https://bit.ly/GoodFoodSubscribe

For recipes using this technique please visit: http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/sea....rch?query=spatchcock

Points to remember:

- Place chicken breast-side down, with the legs towards you.
- Using sturdy scissors or poultry shears, cut up along each side of the parson's nose and backbone to remove it, cutting through the rib bones as you go.
- Open the chicken out and turn over. Flatten the breastbone with the heel of your hand so that the meat is all one thickness.
- Use two skewers to secure the legs and keep the bird flat. Run the skewers diagonally through the breast and thigh meat.
- Griddle, grill or barbecue for 15-20 mins per side or roast for 40 minutes (depending on size of bird).
