This is MY Home Alone Filming Locations Experience, which is NOT complete and as thorough as some other experiences you might find, but it's what I was able to see in the very brief time I was in the Chicago area that one weekend and I loved every minute of it. This film means a lot to me, still does and brings me back to the 90's when I was a kid just like Kevin was. Ah, what a simpler time.

I believe the one main spot I wasn't able to get to was the interior of the church which was about 20 miles south of the Church exterior location, in Oak Park, which is about 50 minutes in Chicago commute time. Either way, didn't have time. That entire location is enough for it's own video anyway, so next time.

It's been 54 years since a strong girl with two red pigtails hit the television screens for the very first time. From that point on, Astrid Lindgren's story about Pippi Longstocking influenced many generations, myself included. In this video I'm fulfilling my very own childhood dream (and maybe also your's): I'm visiting the filming locations in Sweden where the famous Pippi Longstocking series was filmed.

We are back in London – when I was visiting "ABBA Voyage" for its big world premiere in May 2022, I also used the opportunity to visit some of the filming locations for "Mr. Bean". This is my tour to those legendary places. At some of them, it’s like time stood still.
