I also show the old La Reina movie theater and the demolished Sherman theatre where they showed many movies back in the day including Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, and they filmed the movie Valley Girl at that theatre with Nicolas Cage in the 80’s.

Big Trouble in Little China (also known as John Carpenter's Big Trouble in Little China) is a 1986 American fantasy action-comedy film co-scored and directed by John Carpenter, and starring Kurt Russell, Kim Cattrall, Dennis Dun and James Hong. In today's video we explore an abandoned mansion in south Texas that was last owned by a NASA Scientist. As we approached the mansion we find a BMW was left behind in the garage. But as we started to explore deeper we heard the sound of goats. To our surprise there was an entire herd of wild goats taking over the mansion. But that's not all... When we saw the front doors wide open we realized everything was left behind in this mansion. Join us to see what we find.

Episode 28 is all about getting our hands dirty and making real progress around the abandoned house. We bring out the mini excavator to track down and dig up the main water line so we can relocate it and keep things moving forward on the property. It’s not all smooth digging though—there are a few surprises along the way.

We also take a break from the dirt work to tackle the brakes on the Buick, with the dog hanging around and keeping a close eye on things (or just getting in the way). Then it’s time to reclaim some of the overgrown areas as we fire up the Mowrator RC mower and start cutting everything back.
