Visiting the movie theatre where Neville watched "Woodstock" and the Los Angeles Dept of Water and Power building where he took his morning jog. Explore this beautiful old farmhouse soon to be torn down for a new subdivision along a busy interstate in the mountains of Tennessee. Built in the early 1800’s around 1830-1840. The house supposedly was used as a civil war field hospital as well as briefly used as a headquarters Union Troops. In recent years the house was a dairy farm and now is being sold for lots and a new housing subdivision will most likely take up its place and farm land around it. Thanks for checking out my Wraith filming locations video ! The Wraith has been one of my favorite 80s movies for as long as I can remember. I knew I had to do a Wraith filming locations video as soon as I got out to Tucson Arizona. This movie has it all and quite possibly jump started my interest in cars as a young kid. The Wraith car, the Dodge M4S Turbo Interceptor was and still is such an amazing looking car. This is also back when Charlie Sheen was just staring out his acting career.
All in all, it took me almost 3 weeks to find and film all of these locations. Its been 30 years so obviously lots have changed which at times made things extremely difficult to locate certain scenes.
The Wraith took me all over Tucson high and low. They filmed down in the cactus valleys, and way up in the Catalina Mountains. Mt Lemmon was one of the most interesting places to see, I can understand why they decided to film up there. Unfortunately, there was a death during the filming of this movie on those roads and as a result there is no more filming allowed up on the Catalina Highway. Very narrow, windy roads with scary drop offs.

In today’s exploration we venture to a prestigious beach in the United States to explore an abandoned $59,000,000 mega mansion. Construction started around 2017 and stopped in 2018 with rumors stating that the billionaire owner wanted to knock it down to start over completely. The home was supposed to be 18,000 square feet in a Moroccan style on over 8 acres with 550 feet of ocean front property. In 2019 the entire property was put up for sale for right around $67,000,000 dollars. That’s a pretty hefty price tag for an unfinished house. It’s been years since this mega compound has been touched. So join me today and let’s see what’s left.
In this part of today’s video we take a trip up north to a huge abandoned farm that once belonged to a worker of famous mobster John Gotti. This 10+ acre property once had beautiful horses grazing the fields with a large stable directly next to the mansion. Now no one really knows why this home is left the way it is. And judging by the 70s accents that were never updated it seems like this home could have been abandoned for quite a while. Even though there is a mystery behind the owners and why they left this home was once a place a family called their safe space. Now just left in ruins. So join me today and let’s see what’s left.

Some of the locations used for the 1971 film "Melody" starring Jack Wild, Mark Lester and Tracey Hyde.
1 St Mary's Church, Battersea (also used in the Michael Caine film "Alfie"). The Chelsea harbour opposite has now been completely redeveloped.
2 Crossing on Battersea Park Road (very near the Dogs' and Cats' Home) where Mrs Latimer turned her car around to follow the teachers' van.
3 The Ship public house on Kennington Road, SE11 where Melody's dad appears to be a regular and where Mrs Latimer dropped Ornshaw off when she gave him a lift home.
4 The horse trough at the junction of Lambeth Road and Kennington Road SE11 where Melody's suntanned goldfish took a swim. The local council has rescued the trough from dereliction and turned it into a flower display.
5 Hercules Road SE11 and the Pineapple public house; this is where Danny and Ornshaw took the bus "up west".
6 Danny's house in Musgrave Gardens, Fulham SW6. The hard football pitch opposite has now been grassed over and the railings that Danny and Ornshaw climbed have been dismantled.
7 Colet Court on Hammersmith Road W14, used for some exterior shots of the school.
The music is "Teach Your Children" by Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, used over the closing movie credits ("Don't forget to change at Clapham Junction!")
