In the first skateboard feature film from 1978, a Hollywood agent finds himself in debt to a powerful bookie. To make a fast buck, he creates a team of exceptionally talented skateboarders (Including Tony Alva, Ellen O'Neal, Leif Garrett and John Van der Wyk) enters them in a downhill race. If they win, they will get $20,000.
This film investigates how the multi-billion-dollar weight-loss industry systematically buys scientific research and uses it in its favor.
The fates of two dysfunctional, grieving families intersect in vile ways. Kateřina and Robert reside with their young daughter in a lavish villa, but their household is far from harmonious. Meanwhile, Viktor lives in a remote, semi-dilapidated house with his mother, and their living situation is equally unhealthy.
This video features most of the filming locations from the smash hit, that starred Robin Williams, Sally Field and Pierce Brosnan. Beginning with Sarah B Cooper Elementary School, followed by the courthouse. Then it’s on to the famed house on Steiner Street, next the apartment and lastly the restaurant.

I visited The Sandlot and all it's filming locations for the 30th Anniversary in Salt Lake City. I got to meet most of the cast, hit nearly every spot, and even got to explore and break down the rarely accessed Sandlot.
We'll also learn behind the scenes facts about one of the greatest childhood movies ever!
The Sandlot was filmed in and around Salt Lake City, Utah in 1992 and released in 1993. It was written and directed by David Mickey Evans and stars Tom Guiry, Mike Vitar, Patrick Renna, Marty York, Chauncey Leopardi, Grant Gelt, Brandom Adams, Shane Obedzinski, Victor DiMattia, Marley Shelton, James Earl Jones, Denis Leary, and Karen Allen.
