Sitting in the middle of one of the most wealthy neighborhoods in America. This $8.5 million dollar mansion once owned by country music legend Kenny Rogers. The mansion has become nothing but an eyesore to the neighbors. weeds have grown to be over 7 feet tall from the neglect of the landscape as well as an in ground pool that is full of algae. But what could have possibly happened for it to be this way. But letโs go back to the beginning. The mansion was first built in 1990 as a castle like estate with over 15,000 square feet of living space featuring 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a 4 car garage and full basement with a bar, state of the art gym and much more. Now one thing that makes this place very special is that it was once owned by the late and great Country music star Kenny Rogers. He lived like a king in this marvelous mansion until 2006 when he sold it for $8.5 million dollars to a very wealthy family from Nigeria. This family ran many different dermatology locations throughout many states. Unfortunately there seemed to be some shady business going on. Around 2018 things took a turn for the worse for the family. The feds were after them for owing $6.5 million in back taxes. But the story doesnโt end there. After they left a family member was in charge of watching over the family estate. But what was really happening was the mansion was being rented out for events like weddings, and even music videos for Rappers Offset, 21 Savage, and Russ. But in just 17 months the police were called to the estate 100 times for noisy parties. The final straw was when rapper YFN lucci had a party at the mansion where many things got damaged and the police were called again. The town ultimately was fed up with the mansion being used for business and they shut the operation down. Ever since the grand estate has sat vacant and abandoned with many signs of neglect. In todayโs episode we take a look at an abandoned plantation mansion in the south. Built in 1824 by a Methodist minister and planter from Virginia. Originally part of a 1000 acre property that was sold several times over the years. From what we could find online it seems that this home was actually occupied up until about 5-6 years ago. The house was in the process of being renovated but became way too much work and the family moved out leaving the home abandoned. And in todayโs episode we are taking a look at another abandoned plantation mansion once owned by the governor! So join me today and letโs see whatโs left.
This 1835 brick mansion was once owned by the governor of this state and is known to be one of the most haunted places in the state. This entire property was once over 4000 acres of land including and entire family cemetery with graves dating back the 1700s, now with this place being known as a haunted mansion A&Es paranormal state featured this place on an episode where people said they would see the body of the governor roaming the rooms and land of the mansion. After entering the home we didnโt feel any sort of strange presence but I am not knocking the idea of this place possibly being haunted. So join me and letโs see what this place is like.

It's not often that I come across such a spectacular abandoned farmhouse to explore. Built-in 1876, this home has stood the test of time for the last 147 years. Sitting on 8.5 acres of land and featuring beautiful gingerbread decorations, dormers, stunning woodwork, and a beautiful porch, it's been abandoned for 4 years. The home hosted grand garden parties with attendance reaching over 5000 people, and in 1891 the lush lawns, gardens and orchards were illuminated with electric arc lights which happened to be one of the earliest uses of electricity in the Township. In 2019 the property sold for 14 million dollars as vacant land zoned for commercial use. While the house has heritage designation, it still seems like they want it demolished to make way for new businesses. With the surrounding area already under heavy redevelopment, it's only a matter of time until this amazing piece of history is lost forever unless the city steps in to properly protect it.

Today I will show you an abandoned estate in the woods once home to a man who ran a drug operation in the attic. The police caught on and the home was raided, Machine guns, 350,000 dollars worth of drugs, and his cars were seized.
Located in one of the most wealthy neighborhoods in the country stands a $59,000,000 dollar mega mansion that was abandoned during construction. And the reason why may be a shock to you. But unfortunately happens way too often in America. Stay tuned to hear more.
In todayโs exploration we venture to a prestigious beach in the United States to explore an abandoned $59,000,000 mega mansion. Construction started around 2017 and stopped in 2018 with rumors stating that the billionaire owner wanted to knock it down to start over completely. The home was supposed to be 18,000 square feet in a Moroccan style on over 8 acres with 550 feet of ocean front property. In 2019 the entire property was put up for sale for right around $67,000,000 dollars. Thatโs a pretty hefty price tag for an unfinished house. Itโs been years since this mega compound has been touched. So join me today and letโs see whatโs left.

This 10+ acre property once had beautiful horses grazing the fields with a large stable directly next to the mansion. Now no one really knows why this home is left the way it is. This beautiful old farm house was built in the mid 1800โs around 1850-1856, in a small once thriving community in the early twentieth century. Built for a modestly wealthy agrarian family who farmed cotton, timber, and other crops. In the early 1900โs the house was expanded in the back and given a large wraparound porch in the front. Over the years the house had subsequent updates and remodels over the years but still retains much of its original character. Apparently a man was attempting a restoration in the 1990โs but passed away before could finish. Now this old destitute relic of days gone by sits shelled and lonely, rotting in its copse of trees along the road, brooding on the passing world. Hope you enjoy. This one doesn't sit well with me for some reason and it's bit of a mystery. This story is about a young boy named Nicoli who lived in this house with his family. But is it his real family ? I say that because of some of the photos ive found inside where of him and different familes. Here me out, It just doesnt make any sense and I couldnt link the entier story together. Its all just speculation. Then you have Grandmaw But that's another story. I touch on that part in just a bit. I did, however, discover the house went abandoned around 2013. I also talked with the naiboras and asked him, " What's up with this house here? Do you know the family that lived inside? He replied, " I've been living here forever, and I never saw anyone coming or going outside of the house much." He also said They kept to themselves. But my question is, who are they? Is it the parents I asked. He again said I have no idea. We never spoke, but it was different faces everyday except for that young boy and that was the end of the conversation. It's really perplexing why the boy just disappeared with everything left behind.
