Matt takes us on a quick tour of locations for the 1985 film called Lucas starring Charlie Sheen and Winona Ryder

This is a video of the Jurassic Park Franchise Filming Locaitons we visited over several trips to Hawaii.
These are some spectacular sites to check out even if you are not into the movies.
The producers chose the best areas on the Hawaii islands of Kauai and Oahu to shoot on, so you are bound to be impressed if you go check them out for yourself.
Some you have to hike to, others you have to fly to, then some are right on the side of the road. Some are free to visit and others you have to pay for a tour. A few are private land and you are not allowed to access the location without special premission.

In the video you will find the following 11 locations that have been used for the key scenes listed but also for many others through the movie franchise films including the new Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom

8) JURASSIC FALLS, KAUAI (PRIVATE LAND, HELICOPTER TOUR WITH LANDING)

9) JURASSIC PARK 3 LANDING STRIP, OAHU (DILLINGHAM AIRFIELD - PUBLIC ACCESS)

10) JURASSIC WORLD BASECAMP, KAUAI (VALLEY HOUSE PLANTATION - PRIVATE ESTATE)

11) INDOMINUS REX PADDOCK, OAHU (KUALOA RANCH TOUR)
-also the site of the new Fallen Kingdom movie!

1) Elliott’s neighborhood in Porter Ranch, where the Hallowe’en and bicycle scenes were filmed.

2) Elliott’s house in Tujunga, on the foothills of the Angeles National Forest.

3) The “playground at the top of the hill”, called Porter Ridge Park in Porter Ranch.

I also show the old La Reina movie theater and the demolished Sherman theatre where they showed many movies back in the day including Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, and they filmed the movie Valley Girl at that theatre with Nicolas Cage in the 80’s.
