Many people hold chopsticks in a variety of ways but this is technically the correct way to use chopsticks properly and the best way to learn how to use chopsticks for beginners. The style of chopstick can vary a little, be it Chinese chopsticks, Japanese chopsticks or Korean chopsticks but the technique for holding chopsticks is the same. Sometimes called Chinese sticks or Chinese food sticks learn how use Chinese sticks easy.

As well as showing you how to use chopsticks correctly in this step by step chopsticks tutorial I also show you how to practice and get the repetition and teach you how to eat with chopsticks too. Once you learn how to use chopsticks properly then its just practice and you will be able to eat with chopsticks in no time.

If you are like most people, there is a gap between the person you are and the person you wish to be. There are little things you think you should do and big things you ought to achieve.

But it can seem that to achieve your goals, you have to become a different person. Someone who is consistent, puts in more effort, has discipline and willpower. Maybe you have tried your hardest to be like that. And it worked! For a while. Until you find yourself slipping back into your old ways. In the end, you always seem to fail. And with every failed attempt, you become more and more frustrated and annoyed with yourself.
If you believe “success and hustle” internet, it is all your own fault: if you don't succeed, you just didn’t want it enough and the failure is all you. But change is actually hard. But as with most things in life, understanding why makes things easier.

Points to remember:

- Place chicken breast-side down, with the legs towards you.
- Using sturdy scissors or poultry shears, cut up along each side of the parson's nose and backbone to remove it, cutting through the rib bones as you go.
- Open the chicken out and turn over. Flatten the breastbone with the heel of your hand so that the meat is all one thickness.
- Use two skewers to secure the legs and keep the bird flat. Run the skewers diagonally through the breast and thigh meat.
- Griddle, grill or barbecue for 15-20 mins per side or roast for 40 minutes (depending on size of bird).

Sometimes, it’s really hard to be happy. And there’s a reason for that: The human brain isn’t hard-wired for happiness. Why? Because happiness isn’t essential for survival. To make matters worse, our minds can deceive us when it comes to happiness, leading us to chase things that won’t make us happy in the long run.

To solve for this, Yale psychology professor Laurie Santos recommends a set of practices, dubbed “re-wirements.” These practices include prioritizing social connection, being other-oriented, focusing on gratitude and blessings, and incorporating exercise into our daily routine.

By understanding the common pitfalls of our thinking and adopting new behaviors, we can achieve true happiness, and make it last. For Santos, happiness isn’t just a state; it’s an ongoing practice.

In this chilling episode, we take you inside what we believe to be the world's most haunted house, and the experience was nothing short of terrifying. As soon as we entered, we were met with an overwhelming sense of unease. Almost immediately, loud banging noises started echoing through the empty rooms, sending chills down our spines. The source of the noises remained a mystery, but the real terror began when we heard distant footsteps above us, as if someone—or something—was walking on the top floor.

We desperately wanted to investigate the upper level, but the staircase was dangerously unstable, creaking under the slightest pressure. In this episode we leave cameras alone in the worlds most haunted house, or maybe the most haunted in the UK.. I mean who knows really it might not be haunted at all so unless you can show me the official chart where it proves what is the most haunted then I'll have a think about the title or whatever. Anyway this episode was a complete b*tch to edit because we came back with about 3345234 years worth of footage and I had to watch every second of it because otherwise I won't know what to put in the episode.
