Today we take you down south where we discovered an abandoned family compound complete with 5 houses total with a private lake and 40 acres of land with a whopping worth of 5 million dollars. The property was built in 1986 for a wealthy family from Romania who made their fortune in the railway business. The man started his company in Romania and was very successful. He even started more railway projects in other countries including the United States where he and his family would settle down. But as the years went by the company began to fall apart especially when the pandemic started. And by 2021 the man had no choice but to file bankruptcy. The family lost their home in the united states and ultimately moved back to their native country of Romania leaving this property to the bank and left abandoned with everything still inside. So join me today and letโs see whatโs left.
After carefully examining the things left behind in this beautiful estate we came to the conclusion that this home might have plans in the future to be demolished and the 40 acres be re developed for a neighborhood.

Isolated in the pure serenity of rural France, an abandoned house stands spellbinding and mysterious. Once a joyful home to Mrs. Hรฉlรจne and her family, it has become a haunting tableau of yesteryears since they vanished without a trace in 2017.
Once these dark rooms were filled with the laughter and love of Hรฉlรจne, her husband, and their children, including a daughter named Patricia.
The family enjoyed collecting various items and richly decorated every inch of space: from a giant collection of figurines, possibly hand-made by Hรฉlรจne, who had a passion for sewing, to all kinds of mementos. In the blossom of their life, they loved to go on trips with their camper van across their beautiful country. Yet, everything stands eerily silent now. It is a bizarre sight. Family photos, rooms filled with decorations, and valuables remain untouched, making it hard to believe this former home is even abandoned in the first place. Nature has slowly begun to reclaim the home, adding to its enigmatic charm.

STORY
A centuries-old castle, forgotten for decades, awaits our exploration on the outskirts of France. Today, we uncover the remnants of a desolate 1700s fairytale castle, once the magnificent home of the Chantille family.
This Chรขteau, once a beacon of grandeur, now stands frozen in time. As we step through its gates, we are transported into a world of faded elegance and haunting beauty. Despite our extensive research, the Chantille family's story remains largely a mystery. They were influential and prominent, but their fortunes mysteriously vanished, leaving their legacy to crumble into abandonment.
Inside, the castle's preservation is surprisingly striking. The master bedroom boasts a majestic red canopy bed. In the dining room, a long oak table stretches across the space, surrounded by high-backed chairs. The living room houses a grand piano, waiting for a concert that will never play again.
Each room offers a snapshot of the pastโfrom the library filled with leather-bound books to the parlor adorned with antique furniture. This castle, though desolate, is a time capsule, preserving the essence of an era long gone.

Located in one of the most wealthy neighborhoods in the country stands a $59,000,000 dollar mega mansion that was abandoned during construction. And the reason why may be a shock to you. But unfortunately happens way too often in America. Stay tuned to hear more.
In todayโs exploration we venture to a prestigious beach in the United States to explore an abandoned $59,000,000 mega mansion. Construction started around 2017 and stopped in 2018 with rumors stating that the billionaire owner wanted to knock it down to start over completely. The home was supposed to be 18,000 square feet in a Moroccan style on over 8 acres with 550 feet of ocean front property. In 2019 the entire property was put up for sale for right around $67,000,000 dollars. Thatโs a pretty hefty price tag for an unfinished house. Itโs been years since this mega compound has been touched. So join me today and letโs see whatโs left.
In this part of todayโs video we take a trip up north to a huge abandoned farm that once belonged to a worker of famous mobster John Gotti. This 10+ acre property once had beautiful horses grazing the fields with a large stable directly next to the mansion. Now no one really knows why this home is left the way it is. And judging by the 70s accents that were never updated it seems like this home could have been abandoned for quite a while. It's not often that I come across such a spectacular abandoned farmhouse to explore. Built-in 1876, this home has stood the test of time for the last 147 years. Sitting on 8.5 acres of land and featuring beautiful gingerbread decorations, dormers, stunning woodwork, and a beautiful porch, it's been abandoned for 4 years. The home hosted grand garden parties with attendance reaching over 5000 people, and in 1891 the lush lawns, gardens and orchards were illuminated with electric arc lights which happened to be one of the earliest uses of electricity in the Township. In 2019 the property sold for 14 million dollars as vacant land zoned for commercial use. While the house has heritage designation, it still seems like they want it demolished to make way for new businesses. With the surrounding area already under heavy redevelopment, it's only a matter of time until this amazing piece of history is lost forever unless the city steps in to properly protect it.

Originally part of a 1000 acre property that was sold several times over the years. From what we could find online it seems that this home was actually occupied up until about 5-6 years ago. The house was in the process of being renovated but became way too much work and the family moved out leaving the home abandoned. And in todayโs episode we are taking a look at another abandoned plantation mansion once owned by the governor! So join me today and letโs see whatโs left.
This 1835 brick mansion was once owned by the governor of this state and is known to be one of the most haunted places in the state. This entire property was once over 4000 acres of land including and entire family cemetery with graves dating back the 1700s, now with this place being known as a haunted mansion A&Es paranormal state featured this place on an episode where people said they would see the body of the governor roaming the rooms and land of the mansion. After entering the home we didnโt feel any sort of strange presence but I am not knocking the idea of this place possibly being haunted. So join me and letโs see what this place is like.
