Superbad is a 2007 American coming-of-age teen comedy film directed by Greg Mottola and produced by Judd Apatow. The film stars Jonah Hill and Michael Cera as Seth and Evan, two teenagers about to graduate from high school. Before graduating, the boys want to party and lose their virginity, but their plan proves harder than expected. Written by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg, the script began development when they were 13 years old, and was loosely based on their experience in Grade 12 at Point Grey Secondary School in Vancouver during the 1990s; the main characters have the same given names as the two writers. Rogen was also initially intended to play Seth, but due to age and physical size this was changed, and Hill went on to portray Seth, while Rogen portrayed the irresponsible Officer Michaels, opposite Saturday Night Live star Bill Hader as Officer Slater.
The film was primarily shot in Los Angeles.[5]
The high school is actually the exterior of El Segundo High School. The mall scenes were shot at the Fox Hills Mall (which became the Westfield Culver City mall) in Culver City, California.
Other filming locations include the convenience store at the beginning of the film, also in Culver City, the liquor store where "McLovin" gets IDed in Glendale, California, and the bar where the cops take McLovin for a drink is neighboring Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
The scene where McLovin and the cops do donuts in the cop car was filmed in a parking lot on the California State University, Northridge campus.

SHE'S ALL THAT is celebrating it's 25th Anniversary this year! Today we'll be taking a nostalgic trip down memory lane by tracking down the filming locations at Torrance High School, Malibu, Hollywood, and other Los Angeles areas to compare the then-and-now shots.
This video kicks off the GTTM '99 Series which will spotlight the filming locations of all the best movies from one of the greatest years in cinematic history. It will be a wide range of genres and I'm looking forward to sharing everything with you guys! Don't worry. Mrs. Smith grew up in a small country town just 2 hours south of Atlanta, Georgia.
She was born in this town, fell in love and got married in this town, and eventually raised all four of her sons in this town. But tragically, her husband had died in a car accident while her sons were still young and she was left her to raise them by herself. She never remarried.
But the love she had for her sons kept her going, managing to pay the bills with her job at the local elementary school and leaning on her church family when finances became too hard maintain.
Eventually her sons, all being close to the same age, grew up and joined various branches of the military, taking each of them far away from the only place they'd ever known and with that, Mrs Smith was left by herselfโฆ in the town she grew up in, the town she married in, and eventually the town she died inโฆ
One morning, in the winter of 1999 Mrs. Smith got up like she did every other day.. she made her morning coffee, fed the cats, and folded her laundry before leaving for work when suddenly she suffered a massive heart attack and died in the living room of her home.. surrounded by photos of her beloved sons and the nik nacks she'd collected over the course of her life.
After that, this house that was filled with so much love and memories, became only a decaying monument for the wonderful lady who use to call it home.
And For unknown reasons, her sons never came and got any of her things nor sell the propertyโฆ leaving Mrs Smith's home completely abandoned.
So join me as I step inside of this once beautiful place and let's take a look at what's left inside.

A while since I did movie locations this time a childhood classic! I remember this always being on Xmas and I was so young when I first saw it, one of the first films I remember watching.
Many many years ago when I found out it was filmed in Munich I was surprised but couldnโt wait to find some locations :)

**In the Tall Grass (2019)** is a horror film directed by Vincenzo Natali and based on the novella of the same name by Stephen King and Joe Hill. The film stars Laysla De Oliveira, Avery Whitted, Patrick Wilson, Rachel Wilson, and Harrison Gilbertson. The film follows a pregnant woman, Becky (Oliveira), and her brother, Cal (Whitted), who wander into a seemingly endless field of tall grass after hearing a young boy crying for help. Once inside, they soon realize that they are lost and that something evil lurks within the grass. **In the Tall Grass** is a visually stunning film, with Natali using the tall grass to create a claustrophobic and disorienting atmosphere. The film's sound design is also excellent, with the endless rustle of the grass creating a sense of unease and suspense. The film's performances are also strong, with Oliveira and Whitted giving particularly nuanced performances as the two leads. Patrick Wilson is also excellent as Ross Humboldt, a mysterious man who claims to be able to help them escape the grass. However, the film's plot is somewhat convoluted and confusing at times, and the film's ending has been divisive among critics and audiences alike. Some have praised the film's originality and ambition, while others have criticized it for being too slow-paced and unsatisfying. Overall, **In the Tall Grass** is a well-made horror film with some strong performances and stunning visuals.
