In todays episode we discover a house that has been abandoned for 21 years due to a brutal family murder. The man we will call Mr. Johnson was a normal father and husband who worked for a nearby manufacturing company while his wife stayed at home taking care of their two daughters and collecting angel dolls. Friends of Mr. Johnson noticed the he started to become paranoid and withdrawn seemingly for no reason. One night his delusion took over his mind and he would fatally attack his family before taking his own life. The home has been abandoned ever since.

A while ago I made a RUSSIAN MOVIE REVIEW of the film Brat (1997), translated as "Brother". This movie directed by Alexei Balabanov and starring Sergei Bodrov Jr. became a cult classic in Russia and has also left an impression on a lot of Westerners. If you watched the movie, you know Brat was set in Saint Petersburg. In today's video I'm going to be visiting locations from the movie Brat in real life and seeing how much they changed since 1997. In this video you will see the Manhattan, NYC filming locations used for this classic sequel. "My family is in Florida and I'm in New York." In the montage: The Empire Diner, China Town, The Statue of Liberty and The World Trade Center will all be seen. The fish market where we first see the now Sticky Bandits to the subway stairwell they exit out on to 6th Ave will be up next. Then it's off to the Central Park area where we see the Pigeon Lady and The Plaza Hotel. The chase scene spots will also make an appearance in this video from the necklace vendor back to the Plaza. See the spot where Harry and Marv wipe out on the beaded necklaces. Following that is where they get punched by the French woman and then its off to Bethesda Terrace/Fountain. Where Kevin goes to get into a cab and wisely gets out is right up the street from where he slips on the ice. The Children's Hospital is also in this video, where he says the boy in the window. I managed to get to the Christmas Tree at Rockefeller Center but at the time of my visit, they weren't letting people get close. Enjoy.

REEL STREETS OF MELBOURNE - EPISODE 9

George Miller's original Mad Max was filmed around the outskirts of Melbourne and the country towns of Victoria.
I set out to do what many Australians have done before me and visit as many the the locations as possible.
It turned out to be a long drive.
Mad Max was released in 1979 and has gone on to be a classic Australian film.
