I also show where they filmed the opening scene for A Night at the Roxbury with Will Ferrell and Chris Kattan. I also show the old La Reina movie theater and the demolished Sherman theatre where they showed many movies back in the day including Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, and they filmed the movie Valley Girl at that theatre with Nicolas Cage in the 80’s.

Back to the Future is a 1985 American science fiction film directed by Robert Zemeckis and written by Zemeckis and Bob Gale. It stars Michael J. Fox, Christopher Lloyd, Lea Thompson, Crispin Glover, and Thomas F. Wilson. A select handful of filming locations are getting special attention from fans during this time of year who recognize these houses and buildings from their favorite horror movies. Owner and Founder of Nightmarish Conjurings, Shannon McGrew, is an expert when it comes to tracking these locations. In July 2020, 18 year old Grant Solomon died in what was deemed a freak accident in the parking lot of a gym in Gallatin, Tennessee.

The circumstances were as strange as they were tragic.

There was only one witness to the accident: Grant’s father, Aaron Solomon, a man who had been under intense scrutiny after years of allegations of abuse and mistreatment from his ex-wife.

We visit the filming locations for George Romero's 1978 DAWN OF THE DEAD. Sadly, we were asked to leave half way through filming because we were filming on private property without a permit. Here is the footage we got.

Dawn of the Dead (also known internationally as ZOMBI or ZOMBIE) is a 1978 film directed by George A. Romero. It was written in collaboration with the Italian filmmaker Dario Argento. DAWN OF THE DEAD was the second film made in Romero's NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD series and shows in a larger scale the apocalyptic effects on society, though it contains no characters or settings from the film NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD.

Superbad is a 2007 American coming-of-age teen comedy film directed by Greg Mottola and produced by Judd Apatow. The film stars Jonah Hill and Michael Cera as Seth and Evan, two teenagers about to graduate from high school. Before graduating, the boys want to party and lose their virginity, but their plan proves harder than expected. Written by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg, the script began development when they were 13 years old, and was loosely based on their experience in Grade 12 at Point Grey Secondary School in Vancouver during the 1990s; the main characters have the same given names as the two writers. Rogen was also initially intended to play Seth, but due to age and physical size this was changed, and Hill went on to portray Seth, while Rogen portrayed the irresponsible Officer Michaels, opposite Saturday Night Live star Bill Hader as Officer Slater.

The film was primarily shot in Los Angeles.[5]

The high school is actually the exterior of El Segundo High School. The mall scenes were shot at the Fox Hills Mall (which became the Westfield Culver City mall) in Culver City, California.

Other filming locations include the convenience store at the beginning of the film, also in Culver City, the liquor store where "McLovin" gets IDed in Glendale, California, and the bar where the cops take McLovin for a drink is neighboring Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

The scene where McLovin and the cops do donuts in the cop car was filmed in a parking lot on the California State University, Northridge campus.
